What happens in a Kinesiology session...?

Kinesiology is a client centred healing modality, each session is about you as an individual and focusses on what you want to achieve – with each session the more you put in the greater the reward – you will get the most out of your session if you are fully open and ready to participate into delving into the ‘stuff’ that we often perceive as painful, challenging or uncomfortable. But if you are willing to be open to the process, you will be rewarded by shifting emotional blockages, clearing limiting beliefs and find relief of physical ailments and maybe even some shift or clarity in your life.

Each session will begin with discussion on what the issue is; how/when/why this is affecting you and connecting in with the underlying emotional issues.

We then move to working on the table – muscle testing to locate where the stress is coming from and undercover any underlying emotional stress and what is needed to integrate and release this and clear the energetic blockages so you can move forward with your life or achieve whatever your goal/issue is.

Once we identify what needs to be "balanced" in the body, I will utilise a wide range of techniques, to facilitate you moving into a state of deep relaxation and allow the mind-body-spirit to align and release the energetic blockage, the 'stress', we have identified.

Finally we will summarise what came up during the session and clarify any questions you have and identify any ‘homework’ to assist you in creating long lasting change and transformation.

It is important to note that - Kinesiology does not treat named diseases, nor does it diagnose them. It is however used for the relief of pain, stress and confusion, depressive tendencies, digestive disorders, fatigue and tiredness, back pain, learning disabilities, allergies, nervous disorders, sports injuries, personal development and general wellbeing.

Clients always remain fully clothed during a treatment and muscle testing is totally painless in a Kinesiology session.

Most clients report feeling lighter, more relaxed, have more clarity after their Kinesiology session. It is important to remember that it can take a few days for things to fully fall into place after the session. And it is also important to note that after some sessions you may not feel so great – unearthing some issues can bring mixed feelings – so be prepared to be kind on yourself and allow time for self-care to support yourself on your journey and remember to trust that it is all part of the process!

Depending on the depth of your issue or goal that you wish to achieve it is most likely that you will need 4-6 sessions to fully achieve this, however as it is such an individual journey you should be guided by how you feel and what you feel you need.
